I'm thinking of adding a 6-8 seater. Let me know what kind of pricing you're finding for one and what you think it can rent for.

@Collin Hays Well appointed cabin. For whatever reason my dining chairs are always getting damaged, and I saw yours and thought they would be destroyed in a minute given how fragile they look. Do you have to repair/replace them often? They seem custom.

Interested in this topic as well. We've had request for golf carts from our guests multiple times. I'm considering buying one and renting to guests as needed but also have concerns about liability. Was thinking one option would be is to have the guests sign a waiver but not sure if that's enough. Also insurance, of course.

Just want to let everyone in Fort Lauderdale know that Broward County Administrator Bertha Henry issued  today. It allows Vacation Rentals to operate starting June 15th.

There are some opportunities here in Fort Lauderdale that are extremely compelling.

I'm concerned that this is a temporary blip. Once the pent up demand is spent, I expect to see a dip followed by a steady recovery as the economy digests the true fallout from this crisis.

My beach homes are getting lots of inquiries, most for 5-7 days vs. the normal 3-4 days. Unfortunately our county is one of only a handful to not reopen so I've had to turn away almost $40K in bookings.

Anyone know what the status is for Broward County? The beaches opened today but I don't believe VR's have been approved, so wondering if anyone knows what the holdup is.

I'm getting numerous big-ticket booking requests but not sure what to do.

Not a bad idea but our primary goal is to convert the recipient directly.

Wedding planners are usually looking for venues to host their clients so this could be another option in their portfolio.

I don't see anything new. Can you be specific?

I agree VRBO has some good analytics, especially since they allow you to choose your "enemies".
