As long as they are paying I guess I wouldn't mind what method they use to pay as long as it isn't cash and can be traceable. I've had people venmo me rent before.

If it bothers you I would replace it - gives you some peace of mind knowing your taking care of your property. This isn't like stainless steel appliances and other high end finishing items that are high usage items that can be broken and fairly expensive to replace. If you do it right it a concrete driveway should last 30 years.

I've done this and it works very well in college towns. Yes you have more expenses with repairs for college housing but I find the revenue/room easily justifies the expenses at least in my market place.

Way too many hours! I'm sure that we could cut down on those hours if I prioritize planning my trips out vs other activities but it is what it is for me. Thankful for being in the midwest with Menards 11% rebates every other week helps save on costs too!
