@Stephen Lynch. Fear always points you in the direction you need to go. Identify some markets you want to invest in, figure out criteria for those markets. Then call brokers, pm, contractors and build a list of people so you can feel more comfortable.

I live in CB and I have two in Gunnison and would love to partner on deals with people. Do you have any capital to bring to the table? How much capital is needed? Is there value add play? The key with budgeting is to live below your means! Avoid comparing to others.

Read the millionaire next door and rich dad poor dad if you haven’t already. I’m a big fan of thinking big and writing down your goals.. I’d say follow Grant Cardone instead of dave Ramsey.
