I never said, I can manage anything. I said my company. Or rather meaning the company I am with. Which is true, the company that I am with also manages properties, and has multiple offices all over the U.S. and out of the country. So what is that I am saying that is wrong, or false ? @Drew Sygit

My best advice to you would be to rent it all out. Find very good families to tent to with section 8 and when i say good families. I mean do s full thorough screening of potential tenants. Choose the ones you truly like best, then rent. That way your money will be paid directly to your account, and you won’t have any issues as far as collecting, and being out of state. @Jarrod Johnson
