Chase,

Congrats on the closing! What is your investment strategy? Shoot me a message anytime. Would love to network and talk about real estate.

Rory,

Have you thought of doing AirBnB in Canyon Lake and New Braunfels? Tourism and weekend stays are more popular in those markets as compared to the others listed, due to the lake and Guadalupe River. New Braunfels is an exploding market and will continue for a while. I am from around there and growing up it was a small town. Now it is a rather vast city. If you chose the bigger city market, San Antonio is my opinion. Austin's price point compared to San Antonio is drastically different. Yes rents run lower in the San Antonio market, but so are purchase prices. I personally have investor clients who live in Austin, but invest in San Antonio due to affordability.

Travis,

Great to see a local investor succeeding in our market! Are you only into rentals or do you flips as well? What is your favorite way to generate leads on good deals? Obviously whatever you are doing is working!

I had a question arise which I was not completely confident in knowing the answer. When dealing with a home that you want to add square footage to, what are some of the challenges that arise with permitting, issues with the city, etc. I have heard of some horror stories. What would be the smoothest method of going about this?

All advice is appreciated.

I understand Alamo Heights is a desirable part of SA, but it presents a substantially higher risk when investing due to price point. I would love to get some feedback on any successes the BP investors have had in the area!

Have the investors on BP found more success taking the wholesale or flipper route?
