You’re absolutely correct. The Cville market is quite competitive. Our home is located in the Fifeville neighborhood near 5th Street. We were lucky to connect with an investor who was looking to sell. We’re interested in investing in another property in the area, but the prices are quite high. We’re specifically searching for an owner-financed fixer-upper. Are you also looking to buy?
