@Ethan Kramer most banks will require a seasoning period so the process will not be as fast as the one would hope.

@Ross Bowman some people like sitting on the sidelines ‘waiting’ for the dips. I think with interest rates this low it’s crazy not to buy.

@James Park hope this helps. I am in the Phoenix market. Last week I had 68 yards of carpet (612 square feet) including stairs. Also had them reinstall all need carpet tack which was an additional 1 dollar per yard.

Total Labor was 475.
