I’ve worked with several:

Nick Kanakis at Merra & Kanakis, P.C. They do a lot of landlord work. Nick is on the Nashua planning board also.

J.L. Sweeney of Sweeney & Sweeney, PC. I just did a fairly complicated deal with him representing the buyer did a great job.

@Scot Finn I’d be happy to meet up with you I’m a local.

@Matt Lefebvre runs the NHREIA they have good meet ups. I believe they are going in person soon but I’m not 💯.

I've done the Boston REIA events in person you have to work harder to get substance from it (in my personal opinion).

@Zander Kempf I have some out of state STR buyers they use Vacasa but in the lakes region (https://www.vacasa.com/).

I also met a local STR PM a couple weeks ago in Portsmouth but I left his card on my desk …I'll dm you if I find it.

@Dave Michael as a broker I have some opportunities. But I’d also reach out to @Matt Lefebvre he’s president of NHREIA and a a broker with a deep MF pipeline.

I’d be happy to connect and see if I can find you something.

If your more hands on. I would go through a towns GIS tool and pull the inventory that meets your criteria then reach out to the owners to get off market deals.

@Allen McGlashing I don't know any real estate specific accountants but I do know a real estate attorney who can help you with a LLC... Nick Kanakis at Merra & Kanakis they are out of Nashua. DM me I'll give you his info.

I think in general there are more agents than houses to sell on the residential side. However, if you want to learn the business I highly recommend becoming licensed. Most firms will want you full time but some might let you do it on weekends. I recommend  Freedom Trail Real estate school. You can do it online and st your leisure.

@Garrett Fox I would be careful with Lawrence, as I see you are from out of state. Lawerence is cheaper than its surrounding towns, Andover (very wealthy area) Methuen (decent area) because it is mostly lower income (23.7% poverty rate, and median household income of $41,583 per year). However, with the housing market the way it is I see the gentrification of Lawrence as inevitable but on what timeline next year or 50 years from now, I can't say. I would look to Lowell where you have a UMass and large local employers.  Haverhill might be a good option for you as well.

@Arthur Lyon great to see another investor in New Hampshire. Manchester is hot right now, anything of substance that his the market goes quick. I'm seeing more sweat equity properties (properties with differed maintenance) in Rochester, north of concord or Keene. Have a residential real estate agent do an MLS pull for you. If your looking for commercial 5+ units myself or @Matt Lefebvre would be good people to talk to. Happy to connect!
