Are your ads live on CL? They tend to ghost ads if they think you're spamming.

I have been running past a fallen bandit sign for almost a week, its laying face down smack in the middle of the trail. Everyday I think about picking it up but I would have to run home more than a mile with that damn thing. Mostly I just wish that the person that put it there would come and pick it up.

It sounds like there might be something missing or the homeowner does not understand that you are looking to buy at a discount. If they owe $66k then there is no need for SS or DIL unless the house is worth less than $66k. Do they have a second mortgage? Sounds like they want retail for it and if that's the case I just refer these people to a realtor. When you meet with him just make sure you get all of your numbers correct and make an offer that makes money.

I don't use a Mac or click2mail but I do know that you can download/import your list in different formats. Listsource CS has been good when I've contacted them so try emailing them and ask what the best format is for your need.

Post: Where is the best place to start learning about short sales for a wholesaler?

My advice would be to try to connect with someone local that knows shortsales and see if they can help. Connect with people at a local REIA, I'm sure you'll find someone working shortsales. I am no shortsale expert but wholesaling these properties can be tricky and can take a VERY long time.
