Did you have any luck with this @Danny Di? I have a rental advertised on my business FB page which I created an event to do an open house, then boosted it to try and get some interest in it. I'm at a bit of a loss on what ad targets I should use since I've had lots of views, but only a couple of clicks so I'm thinking I'm way off on my targets.

I'm also from Ontario, I went to my local College for Business Admin. It's a pretty broad 2 year course which gave basics and the option of doing a third year Marketing or HR. I wouldn't say it specifically got me into any of my jobs, but it gave me some knowledge to build on with on-job training. Probably 90% of the people I went to High School with that went to University, either ended up working retail or went to College after for something else. I've heard it's hard to even get your resume looked at without getting your Masters. My friend's brother took the same course I did a few years after, he did his 3rd year, worked his *** off and did both Marketing & HR. He landed a job out West making close to $100,000 out of the gate, when everything shut down out there he came back to TO and had a job right away making even better money.

If you're dead-set on University, I'd major in Real Estate & Housing and try to do a placement at a Property Management company or get a job at one. There's lots to know about Property Management and I find that the majority of my clients don't grasp the ins and outs of it, which can be really costly. Also, get a mentor!
