@Dennis M.Thank you. I was just using that number as a bare minimum. I wanted to stay conservative. But you are right I might not need as many units as I think I do.  

@Nina Hayden Thank you. I have a duplex. I rent out half and live on the other side (still fixing it up). I heard I could probably pull out the equity but I’m not too sure how that works. Would that be the same as refinancing? 

@Bill Kramer I just finished listening to that episode you suggested. You were right it is good I got a ton of great info. I took notes but I’m going to listen again and take more. What do you do for accountability?
