I'm seeking agents in Oklahoma City and Tulsa to collaborate with our hedge fund as referral partners. Our fund acquires 15-20 properties monthly in these regions and already manages over 600 properties. We are offering agents $150 per property/door they refer our way and 10% of the leasing, management, and renewal fees for an indefinite period as long as we handle the property. Yes, that is correct. We are just looking for agents to refer any investor clients/clients in search of Property Management services to our Property Management company. In return, we will pay you $150 per door, 10% of the leasing, renewal, and management fee - indefinitely / paid to you as long as we manage the property, and the person you refer to us will save 10% in their first year with us.
