Hi Yall! Looking for any agents in the North Carolina Triad Area that may be interested in making some extra money/passive income being a referral partner with our property management company. We will pay you $150 per door AND 10% of the management, leasing, and renewal fee INDEFINITELY as long as we manage the doors you refer to us. All we are asking is to refer any clients you have that are in search/need of a PM company to us and let us sell them on the rest. We are purpose-built to maximize NOI and have very competitive pricing so you can have peace of mind knowing you are referring them to a solid PM company.

More about me/EPOC: I work for an investment fund that manages a portfolio of over 600+ houses across the US called EPOC Real Estate. We have recently opened our own property management company (EPOC Property Management) because after working with 12 different PM companies across multiple states - we thought we could do better and have. We created EPOC Property Management with the intent of maximizing our NOI through decreasing costs and maximizing market rents. So far we have 300 houses under management in the Triad Area with the goal of doubling that each year.

I work for a fund that manages a portfolio of over 600 houses across the US. We recently opened a property management company in the NC Triad area out of necessity because we were so unhappy with our other PM companies (we tried 12 different PM companies across the US). Our new PM company (EPOC Property Management) is made by investors (us) for investors and has been a hit so far with those that we have onboarded (~300 in the triad). We are trying to grow it to 5000 + and are looking for hungry agents looking to be referral partners with us. We are asking any interested agents to refer doors our way and in return we will give you:

$150 per door

10% of the leasing, management, and renewal fee paid to you INDEFINITELY as long as we manage the property 

Whoever you refer to us will save 10% their first year

Hi guys I will make this quick,

My company EPOC Property Management came out with an awesome referral program last week that incentivizes agents to refer property owners to us in the North Carolina Triad area, OKC/Tulsa, and Killeen/Temple/Wichita Falls TX. We are a property management company that specializes in managing single-family homes and small multifamily properties. We currently own over 600 homes across six states, and we are always looking for new clients to serve.

All we are asking is that you would refer anyone in your network to our property management company - and we will give you $150 (per door) and 10% of the leasing/management/referral fee INDEFINITELY, and the person you refer will get 10% off for their first year. Meaning, if you refer someone to us that has 10 properties - we will give you $1500 and pay you 10% of the leasing/management/referral fee as long as we manage the property. The cherry on top is that we actually are also offering a great product that was made by investors for investors that entirely focuses on optimizing NOI. All you have to do is refer your already established clients my way, and once they sign up - you will start generating passive income with my company.

It is a sweet deal that I would be over if I was an agent so I figured I would throw it out there in case any agent or investor sees this and wants to find out more information.

I buy houses for a fund and we primarily buy/make offers on on-market properties. Recently, we have been told to bring in off market properties/leads in order to make more offers on more houses. The reason I am here is because I am looking for a wholesaler(s) as motivated as I am to bring in consistent off-market deals. In return, I will be a regular cash buyer for you with the ability to regularly close on deals. I will not be competing with you for any margin because I get paid based off the purchase of the house, not the price I buy the house at - meaning: on some deals your margin could be really nice.
