I'm considering adding an attached 400 sq ft casita to my home. I'm trying to estimate the appraised value of my home including the proposed addition. The casita will have a full kitchen, bath, hvac and it's own entrance. The addition's exterior will match my current sfh property. Does anyone have a ballpark figure regarding what percentage of my current ppsf I can expect for this sort of addition? Appreciate any comments!
