Help!

I had my current BRRRR house exterior painted a few weeks ago and the painter had the storm window taken off to spray them the new color. The storm windows were sitting in the back of the house over night and some stole all of the frames. I have called Rodenhaus and a few other window companies asking if they can come and measure, and then install. All who I have contacted said they take measurements and build the window, but don't install. Does anyone have a reputable person or company that takes care measuring, creating, and installing?

After listening to the BiggerPockets Podcast #229 with Zeona McIntyre I am inspired to try Airbnb.  I was thinking of the possibility of turning one or two of my rental properties Kalamazoo MI to strictly Airbnb.  She said she likes Airbnb in college towns which Kalamazoo IS a college town.  I am curious to here if anyone is doing Airbnb in the Kalamazoo area as a non-owner occupied?

I have had two different companies come out and sticker my furnace and water heater.  Bel-Aire heating and cooling, and Hendrick's Heating and cooling.  Hendricks charges less than Bel-Aire for each unit being stickered.  Good Luck!

In all my years as a property manager for my multi-unit houses I have personally fixed and cleaned the apartments between tenants.  This summer as apartments will be changing over tenants, I would like to hire someone or company that can fix/clean my units for the next tenancy.  If you know of a person or company in Grand Rapids or Kalamazoo that does this, please send there contact my way.  Thanks!
