Thanks for the reply Robert but if i am pulling a list of absentee owners they won't know if they are living there or renting right ? So in those regards i don't see much of a difference in the two but maybe i am over looking something.

When creating a list on listsource can anyone tell me the difference in the length of residence and the last market sales dates fields?

@Dmitriy Fomichenko It is self directed. Is there a way to use the solo401k to buy the land and have another investor build a house on it?

Thanks for the reply. Why would one choose mortgage origination date over length of ownership? I also had another piggyback question about list source. I noticed when i added the length of residence into my search the price shot up by almost $2,000 do i really need this and is there another creative way to search that excludes that. I did not want anything valued over 400k. I did go into buying a partial list where i could select certain zip codes that i know most of the properties should be under that 400k price point.
