Rebecca Holmes What great advice Rebecca – thank you! I was curious since you have been doing direct mail for maybe 18 months or so...What do your response rates look like? And do you ever alternate with a postcard or anything like that, or do you just do the letters with the sort of see-through envelope?

@Tarl Yarber- thanks for keeping me in the loop! We are out of town for this next one... bummer! My husband has come to the last two meetings and loved them. Thank you Tarl for providing excellent training! 

@Justin Hardin- I really appreciate that recommendation and those specifics! I've been researching around about how having properties in an LLC actually works without triggering the clause- and also looking for a good real estate attorney in the Tacoma area. Have you worked with them personally?

@Kim Tucker - Curious as to an update about this- if you know of one? We own two properties very close to Independence, Missouri and are considering purchasing more in the KC, MO area. Thank you so much for being active in this way- we need more people like you taking initiative on these sorts of things. 

@Francesca Tran- I'm surprised you never got a response! Don't give up on the BP community... :o) This was a fluke..! People must be busy lately... 

Welcome! Keep exploring around all the threads, pocasts, blog, etc. Type your questions or topics in there to get an answer to your above questions. Reach out to people and send personal collegue requests- that's the best way to start networking. Hit up local meetups, the REAPS groups, etc. Keep on keeping on and don't give up... you can do this!

@Chris Shope - there is a local BP meetup in Lakewood every month. The next one will be in January. Come check it out! It's awesome to connect with local people. @Kevin C. is the organizer. Also, the local REAPS groups meets at the Poodle Dog in Fife the 2nd week of the month I think... They are on Meetups.com as well. I've been meaning to check them out too. Good luck Chris!
