Hello @Thomas Watson  Welcome to BiggerPockets and the SJREIA.  I'm assuming you went to the meeting Tuesday in Cherry Hill so we were there at the same time but never did talk.  There were a lot of people and you can't talk to everyone.  I suggest you attend more of the meetings that are under the SJREIA "umbrulla" (you are automatically a member now) for instance Central Jersey in Princeton or the 1st Wednesday in Trenton.  There are many good people in the organization and you will learn a lot.  So stay in touch and look for me at the next meeting.
