I'm in the process of evaluating Turnkey providers in Kansas City. I had a kick off call with Mark Edmonson (http://buykcproperty.com) yesterday. I'm wondering if anyone with experience in this market can give me some feedback if they are familiar with Mark's operation. Thanks!

I'm currently vetting this company in Kansas City for a possible turnkey acquisition: http://buykcproperty.com/
If anyone can provide some feedback on experiences with them it'd be great. Thanks!

I agree with the previous posts. If you're looking for something cheap you will end up having to do it yourself as it will be hard to convince someone who does web design professionally to build out an adequate product "for free." Building out a web site (or any piece of technology) is time consuming and labor intensive so you end up "getting what you pay for" when you try to do things on the cheap.
If you're willing to invest what it takes then it's a matter of finding a firm capable of building out what you need quickly.
Feel free to reach out to me for more info. I'm a web consultant and investor as well so I understand both sides.
