Hi Taylor,
I love your vision for opening this place up/adding master/bath!
Fountain Square is a gr8 transitional Indy nabe; however, I have seen full rehabs for sale anywhere from $75-95/sq ft., even in desireable North Square, so I was wondering about the ARV you used @$111/sq ft?
