I'm looking for rehab 4plex to live in.

I'm looking for a 4 plex to rehab and live in in N Dallas or East Dallas off Central. Any leads greatly appreciated.

You might want to check with the city to make sure you can have a 4 plex on that street.

Interior finish out can make a big difference in cost. You need to specify what type of - flooring, countertops, appliances, light fixtures, plumbing fixtures, tile, hardware etc.

Your shell cost will vary depending on - brick vs. wood siding, type of windows, type of roof. Also, the amount of driveway and landscaping can vary from job to job. Hope this helps some!

Call the GC and tell him you want an estimate for repairs or what ever you are doing to the property. You can tell him you are either going to do the work or if it is too high you are going to sell the property and if you do you will pass his bid to the new owner.
