We make all of our offers using our LLC name unless otherwise required. Most people here don't seem to mind as long as the proof of funds match. It's generally safer to use your LLC, unless you have to use your personal name. (Such as an HOA requiring it not be in a company name. Which we've run into recently)

I generally only run letter leads and those generally will get me good leads every month. However, I want to try online marketing, facebook or adwords. I'm not entirely sure where I should start though.  

Any suggestions on where to start? Where do yall find is the most effective way of online marketing?
