If this has been posted before, my apologies. I found this link on another forum and wanted you all to see it. This is a glaring example of why I do not accept Section 8 vouchers. What a sad video. I wish the guy and his family well.

I use www.erentpayment.com. I have not had any issues whatsoever. $3 a pop, no monthly fees. Outstanding customer service.

I agree. It is depressing the monthly rental price here. I see people buying and just renting them for 20% less than normal rates. They are happy to let the tenant pay their mortgage and hope for appreciation.

I know the spring and early summer are better times to get properties occupied but in your area, what is your average days you have a vacancy? With the ever changing rental market, I am all over the board on number of days but am somewhere in the 30-45 day range. What's your average?
Keep in mind that you will want your service to be able to NOT accept partial payments. Does Intuit do this?
George, give erentpayment a try. I looked into it and it is a much larger business than previously stated. They have multiple employees. I like the fact that they don't have a monthly fee. It is just $3 per transaction. I agree that picking up rent in person is not a good idea.
