I use erentpayment.com for most of my rentals. I wish all of the tenants would use it but some of the older ones are afraid of the Internet. With all my new leases it will be a requirement. I have not had any issues with them but it does concern me that it is just one person running it. I just assumed it was larger and more secure. I see a ton of reviews that say it is a great company also. How do you know it is only Rick behind the scenes? He is a hell of a nice guy and does a great job with customer service but I always assumed he was in charge of my region (Knoxville TN) and not the only one there. Regardless, I think you are OK with giving them your rent collection duties. Maybe they have an account here?
