Hey Mike! 

How big of a territory will you guys be covering? 

Something that we always keep in mind is tackling fewer markets with more mailers is better than hitting many different markets with few mailers in each market. I made that mistake early on. 

The tried and true yellow letters yield the best response rate, but postcards have worked for us too when looking at overall conversion. 

Do you guys have a plan yet?

Hello BP! 

I thought it be interesting for some of us investors (new & seasoned) share your experiences with finding and using private money for your deals. I think it would be great for investors to share their experiences and perhaps get some great ideas.

I have been wholesaling in the northern & central new jersey markets for some time now and my business partner and I and ready to take on some fix & flips in addition to wholesaling.
