I own two vacant lots in Franklin, Texas and would like to build a couple houses on them.  The houses would be affordable to young adults starting out. Keeping the sales price in the $120,000 range.  I would act as the general contractor ( I have built 3 houses in the past and feel these will not be a problem).  I have already had plans drawn up and lots are cleared.

Please message me if you are interested in a joint venture. We can discuss in more detail.

Christine,

I am with Hattie. I did go with the Mastery spent the money and went with Realeflow what a waste of money. You will get more from the books that are available and BP.  Save your money and use it to buy properties.

Thanks Jeffrey,

Thee lots or in city limits.  I have already checked with the city and got the requirements for the placement of the home. There is city water and sewer.  i am waiting for the 911 addresses so that I can get the electrical quotes. The city has already given my a quote for water and sewer taps and the placement of coverts for the 2 lots. I plan on just renting the lots. i am going to ask $300 per month and the tenant pays all utilities.  Should I just wait until trailers are moved in before I run sewer and water piping. from tap to trailer.
