For November, as we continue to progress along these foundational topics in Real Estate Investing 101, we will start to finish the year's REI 101 curriculum out with a table top mastermind (open discussion) of strategizing how to take your next steps as a real estate investor.

What to expect? An interactive discussion with all in attendance on where they are, where they want to be, and strategizing on suggested next steps. If you feel stuck in your goals, this would be a great event to attend! If you are wanting to do more but are stuck in analysis paralysis, come join us!

Maybe you've heard of Corey before from his page and group, Roughneck 2 Real Estate. Or maybe you haven't had the pleasure yet. Corey's background in the oilfield and straight to the point, no B.S. approach to sharing about his investing experiences makes him unlike the #GURUS online. Since meeting him, Corey Thompson has taught me a few things about:
- commercial real estate - such as apartments and mobile home parks
- the value of not underestimating or overlooking mobile homes
- building a team and leveraging your network
- buying houses off of Facebook
- taking action repeatedly
- the importance of reserve accounts as a landlord
- property management in general
- questioning gurus and playing a part in cleaning up the marketplace.... among other things.
