Hi Guillermo, I am sorry that I am just now seeing this. We just had a meeting last night. Our next one is 12/8/2020. If possible, I would follow Northshore REIA on F B or meetup app to be updated on new meetings. We meet the second Tuesday of every month in Covington and are now back to being in person.

Always best to check with your local justice of the peace or city court where the eviction would take place for the subject property. They are a great resource for this question!

As many of you know, yesterday the recommendations for groups was reduced to less than 10 people. Out of an abundance of caution and following directions from the CDC, we will be turning our real estate investor meet ups into virtual meetings until further notice.

What does this mean?

Now more than ever the education side of Northshore REIA will be a useful tool for real estate investors and professionals in our region. We are dedicated to continue to bring quality speakers that share important and relevant content!

If you are not connected with us via Facebook, now is the time to do it! We will be transitioning to completely online meetings where the speakers will be able to still teach and you can still network and ask questions in the comments. Please give us a grace as we sort through this.
