There is a group I go to at Luigi's pizza in Port Charlotte every 3rd Thursday each month. Meeting starts at 630. Most get there about 6 to chat and grab food.

I invest in PC as well. I do flips here and have rentals in wi. I think the market for rentals are solid here, especially with the new developments coming to the harbour area in PC.
