@Marc Egeland Welcome to BP and good luck your journey into real estate.  Check out the Millennial Real Estate meetup Group that is held every month.  I'm a newer investor myself, but if you ever want to discuss real estate feel free to PM me.  I'll be at the next Millennial meetup and a couple other events in November if you want to meet in person.

As a newer investor myself I've found attending local Real Estate Network events (REIA/meetup) and meeting with some other local investors that want to do the same has been extremely helpful for my progress. I found events in my area through recommendations on BP and searching google for real estate investing meetup events. I've listened to others at these events ask questions which has assisted me in what type of questions I want to ask at future meetings or to other investors.

My name is Charles "Chuck" Mykleby from Minneapolis, MN. I'm currently 38 years old and in employed in the IT / Data Center/ Telecommunications industry. My goals are to build long term wealth/cash flow through real estate investing, rental properties or other investments to provide a sound retirement for my family.

I've been researching real estate knowledge on google for a few months and accidently came accross your site while reading other forums about real estate investing. I read the beginners guide and started listening to the BP podcasts recently.

I have very little knowledge in real estate other than purchasing my own personal property which I live in today and selling a single famly home for an estate.

I'm very curious and interested in the BP community, real estate and other investments. As I start my journey into real estate investing I look foward to networking and partnering with mentors or other community members in the Minneapolis MN area.
