Its a sellers market in Houston right now.  Lots of investors willing to pay above normal investor prices so it is harder to find good deals.  You can still find deals on HAR, but you may have more success finding off market properties.

There are still deals out there, but you have to search a little harder.  Don't let that stop you!

@Tristan S. investors of all levels are welcomed.  

At our last meetup, we highlighted a quick case study of two newer investors who met for the first time at our August meeting.  They ended up doing a deal together...it all started because they showed up at the meeting.
