We will have our next Houston meetup on May 8th at 6:30pm in the Midtown area. Brian will help secure a location and post logistics information. All real estate professionals (investors, realtors, rehabbers, lenders, etc) are invited to attend.

It will be somewhere in Central Houston (Midtown), but will finalize an exact location soon. Hope to see you there!

The turnout at the February meeting last night was great, and we will keep the meetup momentum going. The March meetup will be on Wednesday, March 5th @6:30pm. The location will be finalized in the next week or so, but it will be in the Central part of town. This seems the most convenient from the feedback last night. @Brian Nguyen and/or myself will keep everyone posted.

We had some people last night bring their friends/relatives, so feel free to extend the invitation.

Reminder: We are having the first Houston Meetup of the year tomorrow (Thursday, February 6th - 6:30pm) @ Little Woodrows in Midtown. Everyone in the area should feel free to join us!

To make it easier to find where we are seated, there will be a helium filled ballon attached to one of our tables. It will have a retirement theme - a goal for most of us on this forum.
