( I don’t believe it’s possible to self manage 50 or more )

I truly can’t afford to keep letting them do this to me

( they are 8 days away from being kicked out by Sheriff department )

I was trusting that they were trusting that they were paying but I was clearly wrong

- I wish I could shut off all utilities, I heard of some landlords doing this
