I'm not from Florida but it sounds like you're calling investor unfriendly title companies, I would keep calling around.

The way to properly tag people so they get a notification is:

Typing the "@" then without any space type the first three letters of their name

Under the text box, you'll start to see a list of name populate

Click on the persons name

Finish you message then click post reply
