The list goes on and on about what type of properties (investment) you should look for. The main thing is looking for a good deal. Doesn't matter if its a foreclosure, short sale, craigslist ad, sign in a yard, etc. As long as the numbers are good, you'll be in business!

If you are truly a real estate INVESTOR, you'll take a nice percentage and reinvest it into your business. Your saving account isn't hardly making you any money. You can get a DBA for like $50 depending on your county.
