Post: Has anyone used Zillow rental applications? Your experience?

I have used Zillow's rental application, but I always send an email to applicants with pre-screening questions to get additional information before agreeing to show the property.  I wasn't a big fan of the rental application as there are some issues as others have described, however, the rent collection portion was very handy, and I was glad it didn't cost me or my tenants anything to use that portion.

Hi Shane,

Have you tried Zillow rental manager (https://www.zillow.com/z/renta...)?  They have a rent collection feature.  I used it for my last set of properties, and it worked well for what I needed.  Also, I would love to chat with you about what you are looking for regarding a record-keeping app.  I am building something right now to fill this gap, and it would be great to bounce some ideas around with you.

Are there any boarded up houses around your area?

Hello everyone! Is anyone looking for an investment/project in Cheyenne? If you are let me know. I am interested in selling or possible JV. It has screeched to a halt since I moved out of state and I just need someone with boots on the ground or to take it off my hands.

Hello everyone,

While I don't live in Wyoming any more, my investments are there. I have taken a two year break from Bigger Pockets but I am glad to be back.

I hope to reconnect with several of you Wyoming folk when I am up there this summer.

This event is free but there will be a 2 minute presentation about Codobe - a family friendly coworking and collaboration space, the place hosting the event, at the beginning of the networking event.  This is purely a networking event, people will be encouraged to take two minutes each to introduce themselves and then we will mingle.  Bring your business cards, fliers, etc.  Beverages and light refreshments will be served.

Hope to see you there.
