@Reyes Tena-Martinez I was born and raised in El Paso, TX.  I owned restaurants for 20 years and then moved forward with investing in Real Estate.  It is the best way to retire, have financial freedom, and generational wealth.  There are easier ways to build a rental portfolio without bringing 20-25% everytime you add a rental property to your portfolio.  I would love to connect.

Hi Ivan.  I was born and raised in El Paso.  I've done it all,.. wholesaling, flips, rentals, lending,... I'd love to work with you.

The best way to find wholesalers is to join local Facebook investor groups.

Yes, @Cody L. and @Jean-Paul E. Gagnon it can be quite annoying when trying to find good comps when the sales price is not disclosed, as well as finding true market analysis.  However, it can also be beneficial to investors and realtors not having the last price disclosed.

Hi @Firen Forrest. El Paso is a great city to buy rentals. The prices to purchase are very low, especially if you are doing the BRRR. You can definitely find something all-in for 100K here. We have one of the largest Army bases in the country. There is a great supply of renters. Amazon will also be opening their new fulfillment center here so we are still growing. Best wishes for your success!
