Any suggestions on how, where to get with without having a RE license? Or is my only option to get my license?

I have 2 houses by one seller under contract and would like to sell both as one deal. I've never listed a house on Cragislist before so any and all suggestions are welcomed. 

I'm soaking this info up guys. Thanks while I sit back and learn. :)

@Nathan Emmert . Yes. I do all the work in finding the house, for a fee of course. I have a particular case where all the investor has to do is pay 50k on a house that needs no work and is producing 5k per year return. 

@Nathan Emmert . You buy a rental property for 50k and earn 5k per year after all expenses.
