Setting the ground work for you guys and gals. I'm a newbie. To start off I've got 5 buyers to date and soon to market for sellers. I'm keeping it simple for now and going to be just contracting houses for sale. If all goes according to plan, after a few months from now I'll buy and flip and eventually hold on to them. I'm in it for the long haul to have a continual need for sellers leads. I'm not looking at the website as my only source of leads, just one of them. 

Your thoughts. And in a nut shell, is it worth the money spent?
