By posting on here. I'm in the process of turning my house into an air bnb.

I just did one in Washington sate. You can only do flooring, paint, and cabinets if owned less than a year. You have to have a licensed and bonded contractor for any structural, plumbing, and electrical work with owning less than a year. That was the law as I read it and discussed with contractors.

This was a good read, I just moved here and am looking at vehicles to invest in.

Irons wood works is great for upscale finishes and any job you may have.They are doing work in Bainbridge right now, but have resources. They have a facebook page with all the info needed to contact them.

What does the house need? 

Yes,  they support real estate in Washington. They post most of the new laws when they get posted and helpful information.  When the new flipping laws happened they we're a part of it.
