Hey Simon!

I saw your other post and it sounds like you have a great plan! I wish I started that early, it’s amazing how over time these investments compound. I may be in town on Tuesday if you’d like to meet up and talk more.

Hello, I live and invest in what was once considered “rural Washington “, central Washington. The areas like Spokane, Tri-Cities, and the Peninsula are no longer considered rural. I will say Washington State is a challenge for anyone who is coming in from out of state to invest. We have an economy that was once thriving across the state that has truly gone into the dumpster due to our State government. We are having a mass exodus that is happening. Personally, I am waiting for the economic crash before buying any more properties because if this rental eviction moratorium ends and people realize the Governor has diverted funds that were suppose to help renters and landlords,  to his pet projects,  people will be homeless and landlords will have to sell due to hardship. I know our prices in Central Washington have slowed down on the increase, which still won’t help the high rental prices compare to the local hourly wage for most of its residents. I would invest in Idaho, Texas, or even Montana because this is where many long time  Washington residents are moving to or wait and sweep up later in the fall here in Washington when everything crashes.

Haha I don’t know what hole your head has been in. We can’t find enough land and builders for all the growth.

Like most places we are in very short supply of builders and trades.

Which golf course? I know there are some being built at Moses Pointe. The country club I believe is full for now. The one downside of Moses Pointe is that it is a bit far from amenities.

Which area are you looking to build in? I think most air BNB users are coming either for the lake, sand dunes, or hunting.

No problem! My office is at Dune Lake Properties. If you ever see a silver Prius out front that is me and you can come in and say hi.

They were a contributor in the raise. The local economy has finally really started to takeoff. I am hoping more businesses decide to come. If you follow the Grant County Economic Development Council you can see all the companies that are breaking ground around the area.

Yes, own a few houses and multi-family. The market has been incredibly overpriced right now and I’m surprised to see prices continue to climb.

Hi Matt,

I don’t know of any meet ups in the Moses Lake area. But there’s a big meet up that happens quite regularly down in the Tri-Cities I believe it is David Fritch who holds them.

What kind of Real estate do you do in Moses Lake?

I think the only way to get a deal in Moses Lake is to build. Homes and multi family have shout up in price.
