Post: Replace these Kitchen cabinets?

The above is a flip but started with exact same cabinets only replaced facings and hardware.  Would definitely not replace those cabinets in a rental. I get new door facings for $15 a piece and that is the max I would do with hardware. (Local cabinet shop).

Counter top is a toss up depending on quality of expected tenants.  I would almost lean toward replacement with a laminate like above.

Buy your hardware from ebay.  Much cheaper then anywhere else.

I currently have 2 flips going exactly like this.  Partner providing 100% of funding and I am handling everything else.  However this is our 3rd and 4th properties together and I have always put my own money into the previous projects so we have built a trust.

If you don't mind me asking where is it located.  We are investors and own a brokerage so we should be able to help you come up with options.  You are welcome to private message me.

Welcome @Keren Threlfall.  My wife and I are investors from Easley.  Great to see you on the site.  You will find all the info you will ever need right here.

We are currently using fix/flip to build capitol to grow our rental portfolio.   We are up to 9 rentals right now and have 2 rehabs going.  Getting into vacation rentals is also a goal of ours but would like to get a little larger local portfolio before venturing out.

We also recently started our own real estate brokerage.
