Anyone take HELOC money and use it to invest in the stock market?

Or is the better option to take the HELOC money and reinvest it into another home? Looking for "safest" option possible.

Mass Snow Removal is looking for commercial parking lots to plow this upcoming winter.  We have a fleet of trucks, snow blowers, and machines to service any lot, large or small.  Specifically, we are looking for properties around Cohasset MA or around Dedham/West Roxbury. 

Anyone have any leads on a house to flip on the South Shore of Mass?  Thinking, Weymouth, Braintree, Plymouth, Abington?  Or Dedham area?

Thanks a lot @Jacob Howard.  That is a huge help.  I just got a quote and it was a little higher than I was expecting, but its a massive job

Any HVAC guys on here?  I just got a quote for $35,000.  I would be happy to send it to anyone who can tell me if it is reasonable. 

Two family house

Upstairs unit, that includes Heat and AC in all rooms. 

Downstairs unit includes 2 Heat/AC Pumps (the ductless units)

Also includes 1 tankless water heater for each unit and digging and running the gas line to the house.
