I will definitely take the trip down to Manhattan. I belong to a couple of meetup groups that get together in NYC. It is a quick train ride for me. See you in March!!

@Jay Neil you know how we roll!!! I spent a lot of time in New Rochelle in my younger years. I went to Iona Prep and Iona College so I know the area very well and have a lot of lifelong friends from there. What's the name of the restaurant? I'd love to check it out. Thanks man and definitely let me know if you hear of any deals. I will do the same for you. I see you are in Houston, TX. I was just out there this past summer visiting a buddy and checking out an Astros game. We had a great time.

Thanks @Darren Sager!! I will definitely take a look at the "Beginner's Guide" and I have set up a few keywords for my area. I absolutely love the podcasts. I have been catching up on them at the gym. It is great hearing all the success stories around the country.

Hello Everybody. My name is Christian DeFrancis and I am a full time real estate investor in Westchester County, NY with more of a focus on the lower part of the county. My wife and I have been buy-and-hold investors since 2008. In 2013 I officially opened up my current real estate investment business. In regards to what we do in real estate, my business focuses on providing solutions to people's real estate needs. We employ a number of strategies to achieve that goal. My ultimate goal is to continue to build my REI business and holdings so I no longer have to trade as much time for dollars as I do now and be able to enjoy spending time with my family and doing the things I enjoy most such as travel. I believe I stumbled upon BP last Summer when I was searching for something REI related. I'm looking to get more involved with the community and I look forward to building strong relationships with fellow investors in my area as well as all over the US.
