@Nathan Recchia Educate yourself so when you do find a partner you can bring value to that investor. Your just caught paralysis analysis. It happens. Regroup and start getting your hands on the podcast from Joe Fairless , Whitney Sewell. You sound just like me. Do you have an accountability partner? A local REIA to attend?

@Scott Bell that is why you are here. You need to get to your local REIA meeting and start networking. Listen to the podcast from several different syndicated investors. Get ahold to some books by Joe Fairless, Micheal Blank, Tim Franz, Hugh Grant. There is a lot of feee information out there.
