@Bryce Noel Welcome to the multifamily apartment space. Just like with football, which I played at the collegiate level, you need to get educated. BiggerPockets forums is a great start, listen to podcasts on away games and gym workouts, join a local REIA in your area, jump on some webinars. There are a lot of great authors out there on apartment investing. Look up Joe Fairless, Micheal Blank to start with. There are others but I do not have them on the tip of my tongue. Go to the website Apartment Investing School by Joe Fairless. Grab up all the free material you can get your hands on.
