@Willie Luang Hello Willie. It depends on you and what you are comfortable with. A HELOC might be a way to go. Can you downsize and keep your home as a rental?

@Martynas Fedotovas  Hello Martina’s.  I would look up Apartment Syndication School by Joe Fairless.  The free content  and podcast , and documents while walk you through the step by step process.

Look up apartment syndication School with Joe Fairless.  He has a free excel spreadsheet to utilize.

@Viktoria Barrett  Hello Viktoria,  that will depend on your investing criteria and end game.  The rehab will be the same either way for 1 door or 100 doors.

@Wesley Stewart Do not short change yourself. You have some great tools to get started. Join your local REIA group and get up in front of the room when you have the opportunity and state what you just did above. There are tons of investors looking for that determination and drive from new investor. Always remember this, coaches and mentors want to teach other period. Happy hunting

@Ronny Karepu  Hello Ronny.  It depends on what you negotiate.  What is your value?

@Rashad S.  Hello Rashad.  What about your investors?  Do you have all the money to fund your own deals?  You can get all the information yourself with asking the Realtor, seller, CPA or appraisers anything.   Will you be looking to Realtors to bring you deals?  Sellers deal with agents or brokers unless you are marketing by direct mail.  CPA and appraiser may be a bit premature at this point.  What is your investment criteria?  Where do you plan to invest?  What are you investing in?
