I  found a property that has great potential. It has code violations and it is owned by the bank. so it is a foreclosure. the property is in Winter Haven, Florida

POLK County

3 bedroom/ 2 Bath single family house

1581 sq ft living area, with fire place

Just market value is $116,858

Just curious why not make 10% of spendable /disposable cash enough to cover an expense of a Lamborghini purchase through real estate that way it is purchase from your investments?
