Have any other banking employees faced this situation?
I have a 9 to 5 job at PNC Bank in Clermont, FL. I know for a fact that its a conflict of interest to be an actively licensed real estate agent and work for the bank at the same time.
BUT, is it a conflict of interest if I take all the courses, pass the exams, and wait until the day I leave the bank to become active? Is it even possible to put the license activation on hold for a period of time? I'm working on a couple flips of my own, I just want to be as ready as possible for the day I can quit my job. Being licensed will work in my benefit.
My end goal is learn as much as possible, help people find dream homes, find investments for myself, and become HUD certified.

I am about to close on a house in Kissimmee, FL. Can anyone in Central Florida help out with some quick info?
The tenants prior to my ownership have left a whole lot of stuff from boxes and furniture to dogs and newborn pups in the house. Does Osceola County have anything specific on this? For example, is there a certain time period that they have to come get there crap or can I have a garage sale the day after closing?
I don't want anything that was left, and I dont wanna break the law either, but I'm no lawyer. Im in Orlando (Orange County) and unfamiliar with osceola. So specific statutes and hyperlinks for Osceola County would be a great help. Or if you know anything off the top of your head, by all means drop a line.
