I have a lead on a vacant house in a good neighborhood. It's currently own by a "Family Trust" However, records also indicate that it is owner occupied and the owner mailing address is the property address. Should I send a letter to the mailing address I have on file as the property address?

@George Smith Welcome to BP! I too am from O'side. I am a new investor, still looking to make my first deal. There are several good Meet Ups in the area. One that I've been attending regularly is NSDREI https://www.nsdrei.org/ . It is a great group of people. There is years and years of experience there.
@Dan H. I'd be very interested in hearing more about this Meet Up your talking about. Do you have any further information?
